Heart of England Squad Sessions
The next full squad Session will be at Rainworth Leisure Centre on Sunday 15th August - 2.00pm to 4.00pm
These sessions are for anyone who wants to build on their fitness & develop their sparring techniques. The sessions can be used as a stepping stone for working towards ITF National Squad.
Everyone is welcome as these sessions are for anyone. Each session will be taken by Instructors from the area £6.00 per person
There are also regular weekday squad sessions every Tuesday and Wednesday at Eastwood and Kimberley Schools which are run by Mr Bradshaw. These cover Patterns and Sparring and alternate each week The sessions are open to all Heart of England students who do not have a normal training session on these days. Please ensure you inform your instructor if you are planning to attend these sessions. Timings and dates are shown below.

Heart of England will be holding it's annual trip to the Canary Islands for two weeks in February 2011.
This is a training holiday aimed at all grades. Training is offered twice daily over the course of the holiday; morning and afternoon. You can chose to train as little or often as you feel able and for the more determined and ambitious who has undertaken the necessary level of training there is the opportunity to grade whilst on the holiday to their next belt. These trips are an excellent build up for anyone hoping to grade to Black Belt in 2011.
This is also an excellent Social event and all previous trips have been a huge success. All Family members are welcome even if they aren't Taekwon-do students.
The Holiday is usually in self catering apartments and the complex will usually have its own swimming pool.
A £100 deposit per person (refundable up to time of booking) will be required to secure your place. Prices cannot guaranteed until holiday availability is confirmed. Training fees are additional for those training. Family deductions will apply.
